Funny graffiti

Well, I was in the library today (passing through to use the toilets) and I happened across the following grafitti:
F*** Tony Blair. Pull troops before Xmas.
I did wonder what the point was, really. How likely is it that Mr Blair will visit the University of Sheffield Library toilets? Probably not very.
Underneath the above was written:
